Energy? What energy? And how are you using energy for static things, like senses and armor-like skin? Magic all energy, the stuff a spell would run on. Isn't that why we have different Tiers, because the more powerful a spell the more energy it takes and has i higher chance of destroying the users/surrounding area?Theoritically, yes. However, I was more asking about what does this energy do to someone when they use it? Is it just you can only use magic senses and armor-like skin for so long before your magical battery runs out?

No but if you use a Tier 6 spell you can do it once in 4 days or once per battle with a week worth's of wait time.

OK, I don't think you're understanding what I'm asking, so I'm going to rephrase the question: How are you going to dilute things like Animal Senses and static powers such as armor-like skin. Making someone wait before using their nose again doesn't make sense. Neither does randomly having you skin become invulnerable to sword slashes.

As for Diluting powers, depends on the power. Turning Incorporeal, dilute it by making it so you can only turn, say, and arm and your weapon while in human form. For the Cannon ball, don't give any extra speed, just allow them to survive the impact. For the skin, make it so a snake bite wouldn't pierce, though a sword or spear would. For immunity to poison, I'd say just make that happen all the time. For the Fox, just make it so he has a Ranger level stealth (from Ranger's Apprentice is what I'm talking about.). For the Otter, just let him have it. For the Falcon, make him a fast runner. Now, am I missing any of them? Oh wait, Komodo Dragon. don't let him have said power except for in Halfman or Beast forms. So, any others? I can't think of any.

Normal form abilities needn't be restricted.

What do you guys think of putting it up to a vote with the others?

What do you guys think of putting it up to a vote with the others? Sounds good to me. Unrelated, are you going to add any information about the other countries of Kahltrain?

Del'Jor:
Del'Jor is the coldest, harshest and fiercest country in Kalhtrain.
This country is made up of hills, forests, mountains, lakes and glaciers. Del'jor is home to Humans and Dwarfs alike, they live together in small towns and villages.
The government is based around chiefdom with a single person in charge of the chiefs, this person is called "Elder" and is basically the king.
